What they wanted
Myhills, established in 1936, offers everything the fisherman needs, from bait to bedchairs.
Having served a local clientele with their ‘bricks and mortar’ operation for many years, Myhills wanted to branch out and start trading online.
What we did
We designed and developed a fully functional ecommerce website, with a comprehensive array of product categories and sub-categories. Shoppers can search by product type or brand, pay securely online and arrange same-day dispatch.
The site proved immediately popular, and after just six weeks of operation was already pulling in hundreds of visitors and several sales on average every single day.
With the site up and running, we were retained on a monthly basis to promote the site through search and email marketing. We also developed a mobile version of the site, so anglers can browse and buy supplies the second they run out, without leaving their spot on the riverbank.
